Salsa!
For girls night, this week, I am doing a Mexican themed food. So... Homemade salsa!!! First time making homemade salsa.
So I wanted to make it ahead of time incase it didn't turn out to well.
I got the recipe from Pinterest, my favorite place of course! Here is the link to that.

I used the same ingredients, but I used more tomatoes. And more salt to even out the spice. I also blended everything in the blender to make it smoother.
Here is the result!
The great part is it made a lot!
So far I love it. A little too salty but, I'm hoping that will even out after it has melded over night.
The crowd test will be Friday so update then!
