A Taste of Asia
Last night I made beef stir fry. It is one of our favorites because it is easy to make and prep. Plus, it can last us several meals.
Start off by cutting up all the veggies. You can use a mix of what ever you like, I use carrots, zucchini, squash, onions, mushrooms, etc.
I buy thin steaks because they are less than the precut stir fry strips, and you can use the left over meat for another meal! I cut them into thin strips.
First, I sautéed garlic an chopped onions, with a quarter drop of EVOO, Till Carmel colored. Then add the beef with a little bit of ginger powder. After most of beef is brown add the veggies starting with the hardest first, broccoli and carrots, then the squashes. And the soft veggies last mushrooms, corn, beans.

Cook until all the veggies are soft and chewable. Then add more ginger powder and the stir fry sauce. In the meantime, cook your starch. I prefer rice. Everything should be ready at about the same time.
